I saw that on a shirt and thought it was real damn entertaining.
When did ninjas become outlaws? Are all ninjas outlaws?
Ninjas are outlaws because concealed carry without a permit and assassination are unlawful activities in our society. Concealing one's face is also illegal in most places.
