Jake: Good.

M: No. Really. How are you today?

Jake: Well actually I've got this phlegm build up in the back of my throat that's been driving me nuts.

M: That's what I love about you, Jake. You always know just what to say. Is that a Minnesota thing?

Jake: No. That's a Jake thing.
