It took nearly 12 years of Reagan and Bush Sr. to wear down the clothing and souls to the point that brought us Grunge. W has managed to do the same in less than eight. I guess that makes him an over-achiever.It was only Grunge if you paid too much for it. For the rest of us there was grunge.
