John Stewart gets conservative Bill Kristol to admit that there is such a thing as first class public health care in America, we're just too cheap to give it to everyone.

I'm calling Bullshit on one of Kristol's points, re: Doctors being moral and not in it to make money.
I happen to know that there are indeed Doctors who make decisions based on what gets them the most money. I'm good friends with a medical biller/coder, who has to defy the Dr's wishes on a regular basis -- because they'd have her bill for procedures they didn't even do. From what she tells me, it seems to be across-the-board for younger, less experienced Doctors. They don't figure out how it's supposed to work until after they've been told "If I bill that, we'll all end up in jail" at least half a dozen times.
