This is fucked up. There's a case pending in Illinois where a man is facing 75 years in prison for filming police. The ACLU has taken up the case. We hire the police to protect us. It not our job to shield them from public surveillance. There is nothing illegal about filming police in a public place. God knows big brother has enough surveillance on us, cameras, phones, etc. They're going to have to ban every cell phone in America with video capabilities if they want to stop citizens from filming cops. The cops should realize like us, that horse has left the barn a long time ago.
